Practicing Aptitude-based Career Consulting since 1991. Authored 4 books: 1.Career Guidance Handbook 2. India@60 3. Keralathinte Vikasana Sadhyathakal 4.Organic Farming Tips. Invented a system and device for Aerobic Bio-Composting of Domestic Waste and received award from ATMA, Govt.of India. Developed a system for vertical organic gardening in terrace using sea water, coirpith, bio-char and compost tea. A columnist with prominent newspapers and journals.
