തന്റേടം' (പെൺ കാഴ്ചകൾ) എന്ന പുസ്തകം സ്ത്രീ അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെയും അവരുടെ ചെറുത്തുനിൽപ്പുകളുടെയും നേരെക്കാഴ്ചയാണ്.സ്വന്തമായൊരിടമോ, സ്വന്തമായ സമയമോ ഇല്ലാത്ത എല്ലാ അമ്മമാരെയുംപോലെ എന്റെ അമ്മയും കുടുംബത്തിനുവേണ്ടി മാത്രം ജീവിച്ചു. ഒന്നുകിൽ അടുക്കളയിൽ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കൊട്ടത്തളത്തിലെ അരക്കല്ലുകൾക്കും പാത്രങ്ങൾക്കുമിടയിൽ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കിഴക്കിനിയിലെ പൂജാമുറിക്കുമുമ്പിൽ– ഇവിടെയൊക്കെയായിരുന്നു അമ്മ. വലിയ ദൈവഭക്തയായിരുന്നു. ഇത്തിരിസമയം കിട്ടിയാൽ ഭാഗവതം വായിക്കും. അടുക്കളപ്പണി ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഉറക്കെച്ചൊല്ലും. ആഴ്ചയിൽ മൂന്നുനാലു ദിവസം എന്തെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള വ്രതങ്ങളായിരിക്കും."പുസ്തകത്തിലെ അമ്മയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഈ വായന ഏറെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ തട്ടുന്നതായിരുന്നു.ആൺകോയ്മ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന ലോകത്തെ പെൺ കാഴ്ചകളെ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഈ കൃതി കറുത്തവർഗ്ഗക്കാർ, ആദിവാസികൾ, അന്തർജ്ജനങ്ങൾ, എഴുത്തുകാരികൾ, സമരനായികമാർ എന്നിവരുടെ ജീവിതപോരാട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രതിപാദിക്കുകയും, കേരളീയ നവോത്ഥാനത്തിലെ സ്ത്രീ ഇടപെടലുകളെ പുതിയൊരു ജാഗ്രതയോടെ വിലയിരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.ചരിത്രപശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ സ്ത്രീ സ്വത്വത്തെയും സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഗൗരവമേറിയ ചർച്ചകൾ മുന്നോട്ടുവെക്കുന്ന ഈ കൃതി തുറന്നുപറച്ചിലുകളുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയമാണ് സംസാരിക്കുന്നത്. ലളിതവും ശക്തവുമായ ആഖ്യാനശൈലിയിലൂടെ വായനക്കാരെ ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കാനും സ്ത്രീപക്ഷ ചിന്തകളെക്കുറിച്ച് പുതിയൊരു കാഴ്ചപ്പാട് നൽകാനും ഇതിന് സാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.ഇത്രയും മനോഹരമായ പുസ്തകം രചിച്ച എഴുത്തുകാരി ടി. ബി. സുനീത മാം എന്റെ കുടുംബസുഹൃത്ത് കൂടിയാണെന്നതിൽ ഞാൻ ഏറെ അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നു.❤️Nisa Nawz💚

This book is mahabharata in dhritharashtra perspective, story epilogued in to three chapters , first two chapters are briefly explaining the mahabharatha as it happened and the known story, in the third chapter the story moves from dhritharshtra narrative zFirst two chapter was repetitive story, but when comes to the third chapter turns to a good story telling and p ved the way of writing .

Appreciate character-driven stories where the way the story is told is just as important as the story itself,I always love the different perspective of each stories.The writing style is incredibly immersive which lean heavily into sensory details,.The diction in this book is remarkably sophisticated. poetic language that forcesslow down and reread sentences just to appreciate the beauty of the phrasing. It never feels overly pretentious, Have to say the evocative language that beautifully captures the mood of the settings,Strong thematic consistency that ties the characters' journeys
